Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
We have arranged the tables in restaurants and banquet halls with a spacious layout, and are working to prevent infections in the way meals are served.


Areas that customers often touch (buttons in elevators, escalator railings, doorknobs, restaurant tables, room keys, etc.) are cleaned and disinfected as appropriate

Staff members will wear face masks and other protective coverings based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by local authorities.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room upon request.

Safety measures


  • Securing space by reducing the number of seats to 70% to 80%
  • Tongs no used on buffet. All items are individually served by staff wearing gloves.
  • All service personnel wear masks.
  • The buffet food staff wears face guards, masks and gloves.
  • Providing individually wrapped wet towels.
  • Rubbing alcohol for hand disinfection is installed at the entrance and several places in the store.
