Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Put auto hand sanitizer at the lobby and restaurant. Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing to put mark on the floor in front of the reception and casher, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members is wearing a mask, gloves who F&B associate based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to check temperature, wear personal face coverings.

 

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

 

Room Amenities are wiped with disinfection material Disinfectant wipes will be provided to every arriving guest.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Gym: 24 hours open, instruction to customer not use the machine next each other.
Shuttle bus: reduced operation hour and seat availability 19pax to 10pax. Do not sit next each other
Restaurant: Open extend time till 23:00 as bar is closed. Breakfast is set menu from buffet.
Bar: Closed
Take away menu is available as in room dining for the customer who want to have meal avoid crowed circumstance
