Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

The following measures are implemented:

  • Guests must present a valid health passport upon check-in. 
  • Signage in all public areas to inform guests about all sanitary measures
  • Queue lines at the Front Desk allowing guests to stay 1 m away from each others
  • Floor signage to allow 1 guest at a time at the desk and to allow 1 meter between guests and Front Desk Agent
  • Foot operated  hydroalcoholic gel available at every desk and at the entrance of all bars and restaurants.
  • Reduced capacity at our restaurants to allow enough space between tables
  • Reduced capacity at our restaurants to allow enough space between tables will be indicated at the entrance of all outlets
  • In room dining suspended

According to Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guestrooms.

This includes :

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevator as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: we're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Decorative items on beds such as pillows and bed scarves were removed. Non essential collaterals were removed.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

The swimming pool is available, according to the health protocol in place. The number of seats is limited. The jacuzzi is closed.

On weekends and during school holidays, all facilities and services operate normally, except:

  • Room service
  • Kids Club

Outside school holidays, restaurant options may be limited to one outlet.

 

The Sheraton Deva on week days, outside of school holidays:

We offer the opportunity to for you to enjoy our suites at very attractive prices from Sunday evening to Thursday evening inclusive, with an optional cleaning service.
• 2 or 3 nights: from 20,157 F TTC per night in a 1 bedroom Suite, 30,766 F TTC in a 2 bedroom suite
• 4 or 5 nights: from 15,914 F TTC per night in a 1 bedroom Suite, 26,523 F TTC in a 2 bedroom suite

Room capacities by type of Suites:
• One bedroom suite: up to 2 people.
• Two-bedroom suite: up to 6 people - possibility of a
• Three-bedroom suite accommodating up to 8 people (connecting king room) with a supplement from 10,000 cfp. Please request this by contacting our reservations department at sheraton.newcaledonia@sheraton.com or at +687 26.50.00. (subject to confirmation by our reservation department).

Optional cleaning service: 6,000 F per day

All of our associates handling food are trained in food safety, preparation and service and we perform internal and external audits of compliance with these procedures.
