Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Besides signage on the governmental registration document, a complete touchless transaction is possible from entry into the hotel until the door handle of your room. Please use Mobile check-in and digital key and all other service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
Please note, that no valet service is currently available for parking and in F&B we are only offering a la carte breakfast in our Art Nouveau restaurant Brasserie.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings while moving in the hotel by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Center: Open, 1,50m distance required
  • Sauna: Open, 1,50m distance required
  • Infrared Sauna: Closed due to local requirements
In F&B we are only offering a la carte breakfast in our Art Nouveau restaurant Brasserie.
