Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

At The San Ramon Marriott, we value the comfort and safety of our customers, associates, and local communities. Health and safety have always been at the heart of our culture. We are committed to providing memorable experience, while making safety and wellness our top priority.

Signage throughout our hotels will remind guests to maintain healthy social distance and to wear face masks while in public space. Hand sanitizing dispensers are available throughout the hotel. All high touch public space will be cleaned and disinfected every two hours or increased frequency based on usage. Guest can take advantage of contact less options when using Mobile check in, check out, keys, dining and service requests.

Rooms are thoroughly clean & disinfected after each check out and held unoccupied for 24 hours prior to the next guest's arrival. Extra attention is given to the following items in the guest room: door knobs, tables, bedside tables, furniture handles, lighting switches, thermostats, curtain opening and closing handles, telephones, remote controls, alarm clocks, TVs, door guards, trash cans, faucet handles, are disinfected with healthcare facility-grade chemicals. Coffee makers have been removed from guest room but will be delivered upon request. In addition, all glass wear and reading materials have been removed for your safety.

 

Housekeeping services are in operation, however it will need to be scheduled 24 hours in advance and guests have to vacate the room before housekeeping personnel service the room. Each room will be provided with a personalized alcohol disinfectant.

Guest Room HVAC system was recently refurbished to improve the quality of ventilation and filters are replaced frequently.

Restaurant and Bar is closed at this time due to Contra Costa County Public Health.

Fitness Center: is closed at this time due to Contra Costa County Public Health. The Iron Horse Trail extends 4.24 miles through the length of San Ramon. The trail is great for walking, running, biking, and open to equestrians and dogs on leash.

Concierge Lounge: closed, eligible members will receive benefits via points.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Rooms are thoroughly clean & disinfected after each check out and held unoccupied for 24 hours prior to the next guest's arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

  • Pool: Open daily from 6am to 10pm. Max capacity of 8 people, by reservation
  • Laundry: Self-serving washer and dryer available on property

Mix Cocktails, Beer & Wine available for guests over 21 years of age until 1:30am daily.
Fresh Bites: Grab & Go available 24hrs with Salad & Sandwich-pick up only
