Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
We have posted signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and to wear a face mask in all public spaces. Hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the hotel and next to high touchpoints. Elevator and pool capacity limits are prominent with signage provided.

At check-in, social distancing is encouraged with floor markets and front desk agents have a clear screen guard between them and the guests. Guests swipe their own credit card to check-in and keys are placed in key packets outlining Marriott's Commitment to Clean.

Valet is temporarily out of service and self-parking is now available $15/day.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
 
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. The fitness center, club lounge, and restaurant is currently closed including room service and banquets, due to Contra Costa County State health care directives. Sundry shop is open with a limit of 1 person at a time and the pool is currently open with limited capacity.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Guestrooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make a scheduled service according to your preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open with limited capacity.
  • Parking: Valet Parking is currently unavailable until further notice. Self-parking is available for $15/night.
  • Pool: Open with limited capacity. 
  • Lounge Access: Currently closed.
  • Mobile Dining: Not available.
Hotel restaurants and cafe are all closed during this time due to Contra Costa County and California State health official directives. Curbside delivery is available from hundreds of local diverse options.
