The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel and additional measures are being taken to ensure all public areas and high touch points are sanitized frequently. Our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay, once the guestroom has been deep cleaned, your room will not be entered again, so that you can rest assured it is clean and sanitized.

 

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app as well as other contactless digital applications are available during your stay.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Air Purification System: Our hotel and restaurants have been outfitted with the NPBI technology. The system purifies the air within the building, neutralizing all indoor air contaminants and certified to kill 99.97% of virus particles.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in indoor public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Dynamite Woodfire Grill: Open for Dinner. Limited hours for breakfast and lunch, contact hotel for details.
  • Catalyst Lounge: Closed
  • Lone Tree Landing: Open for Breakfast and Lunch Monday through Friday
  • In Room Dining: Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with Take Out and Contactless Delivery Available
  • Fitness Center: Open

  1. All local and state government guidance for health and safety is followed.
  2. All Food and Beverage Ambassadors attend required training on proper use of all sanitizing chemicals and cleaning techniques.
  3. All Food and Beverage Ambassadors are trained on food handling safety and sanitation.
  4. Tables and chairs will be cleaned and disinfected between all customer use.
  5. Sanitized dinnerware will be delivered after guests are seated to limit contact.
  6. Food will be delivered by food delivery personnel with minimal contact.
  7. Payment procedures will be with minimal contact utilizing portable credit card devices.
  8. Restaurant restrooms require masks at all times.
  9. Restaurant restrooms are cleaned and sanitized every hour during restaurant operations.
  10. All service staff will be required to wear face masks at all times. Gloves and other protective wear will be used as necessary for safety. Frequent hand-washing is required throughout the workday.
