Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage placed throughout our hotel to remind guests to wear face coverings and to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions are in effect in our restaurants and pool in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions are installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel and additional measures are being taken to ensure all public areas and high touch points are sanitized frequently. Our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay, once the guestroom has been deep cleaned, your room will not be entered again, so that you can rest assured it is clean and sanitized.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app as well as other contactless digital applications are available during your stay.

No valet service is currently available for parking, self-parking in a connecting structure is available for a fee.

Reservations are required for the outdoor rooftop pool in order to maintain safe distancing and limited capacities.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in indoor public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Ice is available on request from the front desk, as the ice buckets have been removed from the rooms.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Rooftop Pool: Open with limited hours, reservations required.
Fitness Center: Open with limited hours, face masks required at all times.
Shuttle: Operating on limited hours and available upon request, contact front desk for details.

All Food and Beverage options are currently prepared as carry out only in single use containers and utensils. Tables have been moved and/or are noted as "No Seating" to ensure proper social distancing.

Rooftop Pool: Open with limited hours, reservations required.
Burdock + Bitters: Carry out only for breakfast and lunch.
Starbucks: Closed, re-opening September 2020.
Pano Pool Bar: Limited Weekend Hours, Seasonal/Weather Permitting.
Concierge Lounge: Closed.
Society 1854: Closed.
Market: Open 24 hours behind the Front Desk with snacks and beverages including assorted beer, wine, and premixed canned cocktails.
J. Gilbert's - Wood Fired Steaks & Seafood: Open, dine-In & carry out.
Capitol District Restaurants: Open, dine-In & carry out.
