Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Partitions installed at the front desk for a contactless experience and to maintain social distancing. Mobile check-in/check-out and Mobile Key via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app is also available to assist guests with a contactless experience. Express check-out with email folio is also available.

Free grab and go breakfast is available for all guests and our front desk team is assisting with dispensing coffee to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

Free self-parking is available for all guests.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our hotel and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including the front desk, lobby area, and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also encouraged to wear personal face coverings throughout public spaces of our hotel.
  • Disinfection: We're utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants between guests to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Cleaning supplies are provided.
  • Private Kitchen: Cookware and dinnerware are kept in the dishwasher and ran between guests to make sure sanitizing is in effect and property washed prior to arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with state and local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Lounges: Open, masks required.
  • Outdoor Pool: Open from 7AM-10PM with capacity restrictions.
  • Fitness Center: Open 24/7 with capacity restrictions.
  • Free grab and go breakfast is available from 6:30am-9:30am everyday. We are currently offering a hot item, waffles, pastry, cereal, yogurt, fruit, granola bar, orange juice, coffee, and tea.
  • Weber BBQ grills are available for guest use, weather permitting. Feel free to utilize our Weber BBQ grills if you feel like cooking outdoors.
  • Onsite marketplace: Open, 24/7 for additional grab and go snacks and refreshments.
  • We're within walking distance to many restaurants located in The Rincon.
  • Local take-out and food delivery is also available via UberEats, DoorDash, and GrubHub.
