Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks. Mobile check-in and key via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Housekeeping services have been suspended for stay overs with a minimum of 7 days required for cleaning. The room must be vacated prior to Housekeeping's entry.

 

Any items requested, exchanges, etc., may be requested by contacting our Front Desk, for example: Bedding, towels, toiletries.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The Club Lounge remains closed but Platinum and above guests or guests who rent a Club room are still entitled to a grab and go breakfast and a selection of grab and go dinner items pre ordered with our restaurant. They are also entitled to complimentary select beverages located at our Front Desk.

Our fitness room remains closed until further notice but our pool is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
 

Our Orchid Grill restaurant is open 4:30pm to 8:30pm for takeout only.

 

Room Service is suspended and the bar remains closed although alcoholic beverages may be purchased during current restaurant hours.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
