The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
We have signage throughout the property to remind guests to maintain social distancing. We have decals on the floor at the Front desk and in front of the host stand in the restaurant to remind guests waiting in line to maintain social distancing. Room cleanliness service upon request only. Room service orders are delivered to the guest door. No valet service for parking as well. Signage throughout the property on social distancing, mask mandatory inside the hotel as well.
PPE: Face covering is part of the uniforms for all staff members. Gloves are required based on the activities Staff are performing. It is mandatory for guests to wear face mask while inside the hotel. Face mask are provided to guest who do not have one. All hosts are aware of the importance to remind guests and other hosts to wear face masks.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have one person in the public space dedicated to disinfect areas with high traffic like elevators, entrances and restrooms. We have touchless hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.
Electrostatic Spraying machine has been ordered as well as disinfectant wipes.
All glasses and in room collaterals has been removed from guest rooms and is only available upon guest requests.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to all our guests while still complying with State regulations. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, capacity limited to 50%, masks required at all times.
Beach: Open
Indoor and Outdoor Pools: Open, capacity limited to maintain social distancing
Restaurant: Open, capacity limited at 50%
Beach Bar and Grill: Open, capacity limited t 50%
Our restaurant and Beach bar have limited seating capacity at 50% in order to maintain social distancing. Face covering is mandatory for all staffs, kitchen and serving staffs. Gloves are mandatory for all staff who handle foods. We also have To-Go menu that guests can order via the room service.
TuLu Restaurant: Open from 7am to 12am
Beach Bar and Grill: Open from 11am to 10pm
M-Club: closed
Room service: Open from 7am to 10pm
Orion's Roof: Open
