Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Restaurants are operating in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions are installed at front desks, and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Face masks and disposable gloves provided on request.

Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities regularly or more if necessary.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings in the public area's as per government guidelines.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. All in-room magazines and menus including room service and restaurants have been removed and our available on request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you'd like to opt-out of cleaning services simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Hotel Gym opening hours:
Monday to Friday - 7am to 8pm
Saturday - 8am to 8pm
Sunday - 8am to 6pm

As per Government regulations we have to limit the number of people in the facility at any one time and as such, a booking system will be in operation via the Front Desk. Please note, the Hotel Gym is exclusively for guest use. It is advisable to contact the Front Desk on +44 (0)1604 768700 to book your time slots ahead of your arrival with us.

Cast Iron Bar and Grill will re-open from 17th May.
