Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Throughout our hotel we aim to make your experience as contactless as possible and encourage payment by credit card and QR code.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at the queing area by the front desks.

To help our geusts maintain proper physical distancing signage is present directing guests where to stand when queuing or in the elevator and advising of the capacity limits for hotel elevators and the fitness center.

Mobile check-in service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Hand sanitiser stations are available in high-traffic areas.

The use of facemask is mandatory for all guests and employees.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building receive temperature checks.

Room Amenities:
Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • We ask that a list of guests be submitted where possible.
