Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, capacity limits for hotel elevators, fitness center and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant.
  • Partitions are installed at Front Desks
  • Face coverings for all guests and employees are required to be worn in hotel public areas.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas such as entrance, elevator area, fitness center and restaurant.
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting, with a special focus on high touch areas like elevator buttons and reception counter.
  • Mobile check-in and other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy App.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are wearing face masks and other protective coverings based on the activities they are performing and advise from local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We are using enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, Reservation is required. 1 guest per 1 hour.
Alice's Table: Breakfast (06:30a.m.-10:30a.m.) Only set menu will be served.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
