Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Updated policies including temperature screening procedures and sanitization requirements upon guest arrival into the hotel.
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting, with a special focus on high touch areas like elevator buttons and escalator handrails.
  • Frequent hand washing and disinfecting of work areas.
  • More hand sanitizing stations at the entrance, near the front desk, elevator banks and fitness and meeting spaces.
  • Signage in the lobby to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols and the removal or re-arranging of furniture to allow for social distancing.
  • Mobile technology such as check in, mobile key, mobile requests for additional services for less contact.
  • All associates wear a face mask when on duty.
  • Acrylic partitions are set at the Front Desk, Executive Lounge, All Day Dining and SPA receptions.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Area Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation, in high touch areas including restrooms, elevators, door handles, tabletops and hand sanitisation stations are provided throughout the hotel.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are wearing face masks and other protective coverings based on the activities they are performing and advise from local authorities. Guests are recommended to wear personal face coverings and these are available at the hotel reception on request.
  • Deep cleaning each guestroom between stays.
  • Hospital-grade disinfectants on door handles, tables and nightstands, furniture knobs and handles, light switches and thermostats, drapery pull handles, telephone and keypad, remote control, alarm clock, television, safety latch and peephole, trash receptacle, faucet handles, toilet and shower handles.
  • Sanitization Kit: A sanitization kit (hand sanitizer gel, disposable face mask) is provided to our guests during their stay at the hotel.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance or reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

Additional measures are provided for guests' health and safety including:


  • No small towels are provided. Please bring in from your guest room.
  • Refraining fitness equipment usage in-between to accommodate social distancing, as needed.
  • Chemicals in swimming pool and spas are to be kept at the proper levels, and disinfectant levels to always meet local authorities' guidelines and codes.
  • Capacity of pool area is controlled.

The below measures are in place to ensure additional health and safety for our guests:


  • Modifying furniture and capacity to allow for more distancing
  • Large groups are split into smaller tables.
  • Modifying operational practices for in-room dining.
  • Ensuring food service and prep associates wear gloves and masks.
  • Wet towels individually wrapped.
  • After using a table, use rubbing alcohol to wipe the table.
  • A tong is provided to each individual to take buffet items.
  • All milk and dairy for breakfast buffet is individually prepared in bottles.
  • Kitchen serves guests on breakfast buffet to eliminate many guests touching serving utensils.
