Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel.   • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting, with a special focus on high touch areas like elevator buttons .
  • Frequent hand washing and disinfecting of work areas.
  • More hand sanitizing stations at the entrance, near the front desk, elevator banks and fitness and meeting spaces.
  • To maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile technology such as check in/out and mobile requests for additional services for less contact.

Room Amenities:

 

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Compendium including memo pad will be available only upon request.


Housekeeping Service:

 

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness: Business hour and capacities will be limited. No entry is permitted during regular cleaning and disinfection hours.
  • Club Lounge: Opens with limited service and business hours.
  • Room Service: Opens with limited service and business hours.
  • Modified operational practices for food & beverage service.
  • Buffet service is no longer available, but we have strategically revised service and menu across our Restaurants and Bars.
