Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. Osaka Covid-19 tracking QR code is placing thoughout lobby. We guide the guests to line with social distancing.
Also place the signage in the corridor and lift to remind the guests to use with limited people.

Breakfast line is limited with individual plate.

Mobile check out are in service with Bonvoy mobile app.
In-house house keeping cleaners are constantly cleaning and wiping the high traffic areas.

Our crews also follows Marriott standard cleanliess procedures and all the staffs and guests are checking body temperatures.

Providing water bottles at the check in counters.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Fitness center : Open, 2 guests at the time, require cleaning matchine after usages.
Breakfast opens from 7am to 10:30. Normally from 6:30 - 10:30
Hot dishes are serving individualy.
