Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our lobby and bar area in compliance with local mandates. Mobile service requests and mobile check-out are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Fitness gym is available by reservation only.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and cafe area as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., mask, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

 

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

Prepared disinfecting wipes (70-75% of alcohol content).

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

Fitness gym: Open, hourly reservation is required. Only one room guest are able to utilize. Disinfect and clean all equipment and machines every two hours. Working business-use air cleaner and ventilator for 24 hours.

 

Cafe and Bar: Open, hand sanitizer required.

Cafe and Bar is opened 24/7.

  • Hand sanitizer required.
  • Full buffet breakfast is terminated.
  • 2 main dish plates style. Side dish offer buffet style.
  • Place safety clear sheet at cash counter and hand sanitizer.
  • Use tray upon transferring cash to card during payoff.
  • Removed some chairs to support social distancing.
