Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. Sanitizers and special signs, reminding to keep social distance and perform hand disinfection, are installed at the entrance, temperature is being checked.

At the frondesk protective plastic screens are installed.

All associates working in guest areas wear masks at all times.
According to the requirement of Rospotrebnadzor we have added some new procedures to daily housekeeping routines.
The frequency of cleaning surfaces has been increased with disinfectants used, especially in public areas, such as elevators, restrooms, reception and lobby.

Staff members wear masks, gloves, coverings, depending on activities and contacting with guests. Guests are asked to use face masks in public areas.

Housekeeping use more items of cleaning rags and change them more often. During room cleaning the mattress cover is being replaced and changed. Surfaces in rooms are disinfected every time the room is being cleaned.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
For safety of our guests we have taken the following restrictive measures:

Overture café&bar: Open, masks required for entry, social distancing required.

  • Sanitizers are placed at the entrance and may be used any time.
  • Breakfast for guests is served in Overture, where tables are arranged in accordance with sanitary and hygienic requirements.
  • The surfaces are sanitized regularly based on volume of use.
  • Guests are welcome to use masks and gloves at the buffet area.
