Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
A full spectrum of social distancing guidelines have been implemented throughout each property, including:

  • Altered traffic flow to support 6-foot spacing
  • Removed brochure racks
  • Removed unnecessary furnishings
  • Installation of signage across the property campus to remind Owners, guests, and associates of social distancing requirements.
  • Reduction of seating in common areas, such as lobbies
  • Closure of every other stall in common area restrooms
  • Limitations on occupancy in fitness centers and removal of certain equipment, where applicable.
  • Reductions in pool deck seating, where applicable
  • Continued closure of activities centers and kid's clubs. where applicable
In keeping with Our Next Level of Clean and Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and accommodations. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. With increased frequency and enhanced cleaning tools, you'll get a heightened level of clean and health safety throughout shared areas. You will find hand sanitizer stations at high-traffic public spaces like the lobby, front desk, elevator landings, food & beverage entrances and fitness center entrances.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Your Clean Home Away from Home

All of your private vacation spaces now undergo an even more robust regimen of cleaning protocols.

  • Hospital-grade disinfectants are used in every villa/room, before every check-in.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the villa/room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Each villa/room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, with particular attention paid to high-touch surfaces, such as light switches, door handles, remote controls, countertops, climate controls, and appliance doors using hospital-grade disinfectants
  • Removal and replacement of all unused linen/terry from villas/rooms
  • Removal and replacement of all unused bathroom amenities, such as soap and shampoo
  • Removal and replacement of all opened paper products, such as toilet and facial tissues
  • In support of continued enhanced public area cleaning, enhanced villa/room departure cleans, and for the health and safety of property associates, daily housekeeping service, such as daily tidies, is currently unavailable.

Important Alerts
Travelers arriving from certain countries outside the E.U. may be required to present a negative COVID-19 test certificate at the airport, undertaken within 72 hours of arrival. Please check with your local French consulate for the latest travel entry requirements before traveling.


Official Information

From August 9, the requirement to present a "pass sanitaire" ("health pass") to access a number of public places or activities was extended to include hotels and holiday resorts such as Marriott's Village d'ile-de-France. In accordance with French law, verification will be carried out upon entry to the Resort by QR code, which may be presented in digital (‘TousAntiCovid' smartphone application) or paper format.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation of one of the following three forms of medical proof:

1) A vaccination certificate, which conforms to the EU Digital Covid Status Certification framework, illustrating that you are fully vaccinated with a vaccine authorised by the European Medical Authority.

This means:

  • 7 days after a second dose of Oxford/AstraZeneca, Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna
  • 28 days after a single dose of Johnson & Johnson
  • 7 days after a single injection for those able to demonstrate they have already been infected (this only applies to those vaccinated in France)

2) A negative PCR or antigen test result from within the last 48 hours.

3) A document (dated more than 11 days ago and less than six months ago) proving you have recently recovered from COVID.

Amenity Status

Where currently permitted under applicable governmental orders, we are continuing to take steps to gradually restore previously closed or modified amenities and services across the resort. However, in continued support of governmental, and local social distancing guidelines, as well as other governmental requirements, please be aware that the following modified services and amenities are currently in place until further notice:

  • Social distancing is required in all public areas.
  • Please note there is no shuttle service between Chessy Train Station and the property.
  • Disneyland Paris requires advance reservation for park access.

While you're vacationing with us, we want to help you stay healthy. In an attempt to mitigate the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken the following measures with the health and safety of our Owners, guests, and associates in mind:

Please note that face coverings are required to be worn by Owners and guests over 11 years old in all resort indoor common areas and in outdoor common spaces where a social distance of 2 meters cannot be maintained.
