Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. The Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel respects strong sanitary measures in order to make your stay with us the safest possible, here is the list of the implemented measures along your customer journey with us:

 

  • ARRIVAL: 1 way circulation in the lobby until the guestroom. Hand sanitizing stations installed in high-traffic areas, including the hotel entrance, lobby, front-desk, elevator banks.
  • CHECK-IN/OUT: Implementation of a social distancing including : signage, physical partition screen at the front desk, and floor markers. Disinfection protocol in place after each guest check-in/out. Touchless options, Marriott Bonvoy Members are highly encouraged to use the mobile app service for the check-in/out.
  • WELCOME KIT AT YOUR ARRIVAL: The Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel offers you a welcome kit containing hand sanitising gel, two face masks and a refreshing towel.
  • PORTERAGE SERVICE: Dedicated porterage service available upon request for individual reservations only. Porterage service for groups may be subject to any additional fee. Luggage trolley is disinfected after each use.
  • DURING YOUR STAY: The Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App has several functions guest can use to reduce personal interactions (proactively chat with hotel associates, request commun items via a pick list). Reinforced cleaning protocols including disinfection of high touch items and regularly touched surfaces. Sanitizing wipes available in guestrooms.
  • FOOD & BEVERAGE: A contactless and paperless QR code solution for food & beverage orderings is available for any outlets. Any room service & take-away items are inidividually wrapped.
  • HEALTH & PREVENTION: The hotel has nominated dedicated champions per department to fullfill COVID19 protocol requirement. English speaking dedicated hotel doctor. For any medical assistance the hotel staff is at your full disposal to coordinate.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.

 

These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes: available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request..


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Fitness Center: Will remain closed.
Lounges: Open and face masks required for entry and stay.

  • Any room service & take-away items are inidividually wrapped.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
