Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Dear guest, to protect yourself and others, please read the informations below:

Social distancing signage, hand sanitizing stations and protective barriers have been installed throughout the hotel. Seating capacities have been reduced and transparent screens are installed in areas such as front desk, club lounge, restaurant and bar. Contacless solutions are available for payment. The use of mobile check-in and check-out is recommended.

Furthermore, face masks and additional amenity items such as disinfecting wipes are available or for purchase within the hotel.

All our associates wear a protective equipment and are trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols to ensure your safety. Enhancements to our cleaning practices have been applied throughout our property. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection on all high touching points, particularly in high traffic areas such as restrooms, elevators and fitness.Furthermore, we enhance disinfection and frequency in public areas by using an electrostatic sprayer. Hand sanitizing stations are also available in all public areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All our associates wear constanly PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the tasks they are performing. Following french laws, guests have to wear face masks in all public areas inside and outside the hotel.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfection wipes are provided during check-in or directly placed into your room. For your security, coffee and tea amenities are placed in a sealed bag.
  • Meeting Room Amenities: Our meeting rooms are disinfected daily with an electrostatic sprayer.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Club Lounge: Access available with limited services.
  • Room service: In room service replaced by Grab & Go offer in our Lobby market.
  • Luggage service and storage: Not available
  • Some of our hotel services might not be available at all times and are subject to change due to local legislation.
Opening hours of our restaurant and bar, La Brasserie, are subject to change.

Lobby Market concept: New concept with grab and go services open 24/7 in the lobby where food, snacks and beverages are waiting for you.
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet offer has been revised to limit contamination.

Some of our F&B services might not be available at all times and are subject to change due to local legislation.
