Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings.   • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and meeting areas in accordance with France government guidance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.

All our associates wear a protective equipment and are trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols to ensure your safety. Enhancements to our cleaning practices have been applied throughout our property. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection on all high touching points, particularly in high traffic areas such as restrooms, elevators and fitness.Furthermore, we enhance disinfection and frequency in public areas by using an electrostatic sprayer. Hand sanitizing stations are also available in all public areas.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All our associates wear constanly PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the tasks they are performing. Following french laws, guests have to wear face masks in all public areas inside and outside the hotel.


Room Amenities: Literature including Magazines, Books has been removed from rooms.

  • Coffee machines & Kettles - Sanitised for your safety. Contactless coffee delivery available upon request.
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms, face masks available on request.
  • Meeting Room Amenities: Our meeting rooms are disinfected daily with an electrostatic sprayer.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center & Spa: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
