Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

To protect yourself and others, the below actions have been implemented:

 

  • Touchless sanitizing stations and physical distancing signage and have been arranged throughout the hotel
  • Transparent screens in areas such as front desk, restaurant and bar have been installed
  • Seating capacities have been adapted according to regulation and physical distancing needs
  • For a faster and a contactless experience, the usage of the Marriott Bonvoy App is strongly encouraged:
  • Check in: reduce it to the minimum (please note that you will still be required to present an ID upon arrival as per French regulation)
  • Requests: use the Mobile Chat option at any time throughout your stay to contact our guest service team
  • Food & Beverage menus: all menus are available through the App or QR code
  • Room directory: all hotel information are available through the App or QR code
  • Check-out: your invoice will be available directly in the app. An express check out box is also available in the lobby
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be delivered at your room door without entering in the room.
  • Room service orders picked up at our dedicated station in the lobby or delivered at your room door without entering in the room

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Personal face mask is mandatory within the Airport (interior and exterior) as well as in all public areas of the hotel (lobby, restaurant & bar, corridors, restrooms…).
  • Training: Enhanced sanitation guidelines and training is in place for all our associates that includes hygiene and disinfecting practices.
  • Housekeeping services: Have been revised to limit staff interactions and rooms will be serviced after the 3rd night of stay as standard. Daily service is available upon request.

 

Room Amenities:

  • Minibars - Sanitized and sealed.
  • All non-essential bedroom items have been removed from the rooms (including magazine, books…)
  • Coffee machines & Kettles - Sanitized for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing physical distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • The following services will temporarily remain closed: sauna, fitness, laundry service. This decision has been taken as a measure of precaution to protect you and our associates.
  • Face masks and additional amenities such as disinfecting wipes are available on request.
  • Some of our hotel services might not be available at all times and are subject to change due to local legislation.
  • Strict sanitary protocols for culinary production have been developed to avoid cross contamination
  • Digital menus are available via QR code and Marriott Bonvoy App (single use paper menus are also available)
  • We strongly recommend advance booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments.
  • Facemask wearing is mandatory except when you are seated at your table

  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
