Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Your well-being, your security and your comfort are our absolute priorities. At The Westin Paris - Vendôme, we have implemented enhanced sanitary measures in order to welcome you in the best possible conditions. In terms of social distancing, we have put the following in place:

 

  • Signage throughout the hotel reminding of social distancing and the compulsory use of face masks in public enclosed areas.
  • Front office, concierge and restaurant desks have protective partitions installed.
  • Circulation and delimitation marking to ensure social distancing are made on all floors.
  • Lobby layout and restaurant seat attribution adapted to respect the rules of social distancing.
  • Elevator occupancy restrictions in place.
  • Mobile check-in and express check-out available.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In line with Marriott's Commitment to Clean and the guidelines of the French government, we have reinforced our cleaning practices throughout our property such as:

 

  • Increased public area cleaning to ensure frequent disinfection of surfaces such as desks, door handles, elevator buttons, staircase railings, etc...
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available in public areas and hydro-alcoholic gel available in room.
  • Rigorous and reinforced room cleaning protocol in place with certified disinfectant equipment and COVID-19 disinfectant products provided by Marriott's renowned supplier.
  • All employees wear compulsory face masks throughout their shifts and additional protective equipment such as one time use overalls and cloves are available for specific cleaning tasks.
  • Disinfection of all deliveries before entering the hotel by use of electrostatic technology.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and wearing of face masks. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center Open: Social distancing re-enforced and daily disinfection performed
  • Spa: Temporarily closed
  • Lounges: Not applicable
  • Coffee and Tea making facilities: Available through Room Service. No setup in the guestroom.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • Guests are invited to wear face masks in public areas
  • Breakfast provided on an à la carte basis in our restaurant. A limited buffet ensuring social distancing may be presented during high occupancy periods.
  • Lunch is served every day on an à la carte basis without menus. Menu is available by QR code or on a large blackboard.
  • Room service serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no Room service during the night.
  • Mini-bar is available through room service. No set-up in the guestroom.
  • Bar service is available at our outside terrace from noon till 9pm.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.   • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
