Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.


Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.


No valet service is currently available for parking

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have meticulously attended to every detail throughout our property and in guests rooms. Several enhancements have been made to our cleaning practices These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings & to respect social distancing on public spaces of the hotel.


Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest and upon request.
  • A sanitizer kit is provided (including 2 medical masks & 1 hand sanitizer solution)
  • In-room coffee makers, contactless coffee or tea delivery is on request.


Housekeeping Service:

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
  • Each room will remain vacant 24 hours between each guest's arrival.


To respond to our already high standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping service after every third night with us and while you are away from your room. However, additional housekeeping amenities or housekeeping services are available upon request at no cost.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.

We modified operational practices:

 

  • In room dining is now delivered contactless and all food and beverage items are sealed to guaranty the highest hygiene standard.
  • No self-service buffet will be available, à la carte breakfast only will be provided in the restaurant,
  • Our kitchen and service teams are trained on the highest hygiene preparation and service standards.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
