Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility.  Please join us in our efforts to continue to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates).  We appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage at the front desk and food and beverage outlets has been put in place to remind guests to maintain social distancing.

Furniture and accessories will be spaced out to follow social distancing protocols at common areas, such as lobby, executive lounge, gardens, pool area and terraces.

To increase the safety of our clients and staff, receptacles to deposit keys conveniently placed at the front desk.

The restaurant's layout has been rearranged to allow more social distancing between its consumers, inside and at the terraces.

Our hotels follow strict security, cleaning, and hygiene protocols that we want you to know about, so that you feel the confidence that you need now more than ever.

 

All of our employees will use face masks and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Accessories, such as door handles, knobs, banisters, and door buttons will be frequently disinfected by our staff. Our housekeeping staff uses protective equipment at all times, such as mask, gloves, etc.

 

Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance and public areas across the hotel and all public areas are frequently cleaned. Upon check-in, all guests will have their temperature checked at the front desk, a COVID-19 survey will also need to be completed at this point. Anti-sneeze bars are being installed at our front desk for the safety of our staff and guests.

 

All common use accessories such as glasses, mugs, glassware, coffee machines, pens, and minor amenities, have been removed from the rooms; these amenities can be requested with no extra cost at the front desk as needed.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you wish to schedule housekeeping refresh service or change the frequency of your room's cleaning, please let our guest services team know, we will be happy to arrange service according to your preferences.
Pool: Operating from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm.
Gym: Operating, 24 hours.
Spa: Operating, reservation required.
Shuttle: Operating, reservation required.

La Fonda Restaurant: Operating daily, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. The menu is obtainable in a QR code, available on your table. Food is handled, manipulated, and prepared according to official regulations.

 

Room service: Operating daily, from 06:30 am to 10:30 pm. Room service attendant will knock on the door and wait at a safe distance. Food and drinks will be served in disposable packaging and individual portions. The menu is obtainable in a QR code, available on your TV screen.

 

Great Room Lobby & Bar: Operating daily, from 03:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The menu is obtainable a QR code on your table or at the counter.

 

Original Grill Prime Steakhouse: Temporarily closed.

 

Executive Lounge: Temporarily closed.
