Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage at front desks and food and beverage service lines to remind guests to maintain social distancing.

Furniture and accesories will be spaced out to follow social distancing protocols at common areas, such as lobby, lounge, gardens, pool area, or terraces.

To increase the safety of our clients and staff, we have a receptacle to deposit keys at the reception desk.

The restaurant's capacity has been limited to allow more social distancing between its consumers.
Our hotels follow strict security, cleaning, and hygiene protocols that we want you to know about, so that you feel the confidence that you need now more than ever.

All of our employees will use face masks and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance and public areas of our hotel. Frequent cleaning in all public areas.
Upon check-in, all guests will have their temperature checked at the front desk, a COVID-19 survey will also need to be completed at this point. Anti-sneeze bars are being installed at our receptions for the safety of collaborators and guests.

All common use accessories will be removed from the rooms such as glasses, mugs, glassware, coffee machines, pens, and minor amenities.

Accessories, such as door handles, knobs, banisters, and door buttons will be frequently disinfected by our staff.
Our housekeeping personel uses protective equipment at all times, such as mask, gloves, etc.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Pool: Closed until further notice.
Gym: Closed until further notice.
Spa: Closed until further notice.
Shuttle: Operating, reservation required.
Restaurant: Open from Monday to Saturday, with limited capacity. The menu, available in the form of a QR code, will contain a limited number of individually packaged meal options. Food is handled, manipulated, and prepared according to official regulations.

Room service: Operating daily from 06:30 to 22:30. Food will be delivered outside the room door. Room service attendant will knock on the door and wait at a safe distance. Food and drinks will be served in disposable packagings and individual portions.

Executive Lounge: Closed until further notice.

Bar: Closed until further notice.
