Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our breakfast area in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk stations.

Mobile check-in, housekeeping/maintenance service requests, and guest mobile chat are all accessible via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all hotel common areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Housekeeping Stayover Service: Housekeeping stayover service is available by request only. You must contact the front desk to inform them you are opting in for housekeeping stayover service. If no contact is made the property will assume you have opted out of stayover service for your stay.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours, face masks required at all times. Only one guest/group allowed in at a time. Must contact the front desk to book a time-slot prior to admittance.
  • Pool/Spa: Open 8am-8pm. Only one guest/group allowed in at a time. Must contact the front desk to book a time-slot prior to admittance.
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours, face masks required.
Modified operational practices for complimentary breakfast. No hot-items are currently being served (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc.). Breakfast offerings have been altered to a To-Go style variety.

Hours of operation are standard:
Mon-Fri - 6AM-9AM
Sat/Sun/Holidays - 6AM-10AM

All food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

  • Welcome Gift: Platinum/Titanium/Ambassador member's receive 500 welcome points or the option to choose any one item from our Corner Market.
  • Late Check-Out: Gold Elite - Up to 2pm Platinum/Titanium/Ambassador - Up to 4pm.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Available to all Bonvoy members via the Bonvoy App.
  • Mobile Key: Not available until 2021.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Available to all Bonvoy members via the Bonvoy App.
Hand Sanitizing Stations are located all throughout our property, and have been placed strategically to cover all high traffic areas.

Sanitizing wipes are available in all guest rooms, and are available at the front desk by request. Other PPE items (masks, gloves) are also available by request from the front desk.
All rooms are deep cleaned after checkouts.

Stayover services have resumed, and are available by request only. Guests must notify the front desk that they would like stayover services for their rooms for specified dates. If a guest fails to notify the front desk that they would like stayover services, the property will assume no stayover services are requested.
