The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
The Nines has activated enhanced safety measures throughout the hotel to include informational signage, social & physical distancing & personal protection equipment. Food & Beverage options are available with occupancy limits & seating capacities that are in line with local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at valet, front desk, concierge, host/hostess stands. Partitions are also available for event registration desks & food stations.

Mobile check-in, housekeeping to enter room upon request, knock & drop room service available.

Valet and bell service is available upon guest arrival & throughout guest stay.

**Face masks are required to be worn by all guests when entering the hotel & when traveling throughout hotel public spaces & restaurants. This is a state mandate.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, the Nines has increased existing safety measures and initiated enhanced cleaning practices through our guest rooms and public spaces. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, specifically in high traffic & high touch point areas such as elevators, restrooms, fitness center. We have instituted physical distancing in all elevators, guest check in line's, fitness center, event/meeting space, restaurants. Six foot decals are placed in elevators and at guest registration to help guests practice physical distancing.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Required for our staff based on the activities being performed and based on direction by the local authorities. Face masks are required to be worn by guests upon entering the hotel and within all public spaces of the hotel, per state mandate.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: Actively being used in cleaning with includes sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support enhanced cleanliness protocols.
  • Door Seals or Door Hangers are placed on all guest room doors, once a room is cleaned and prepared for guest arrival.
  • Stayover & Turndown service is on a request basis. Guests will need to exit the room while housekeeping enters to clean.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
  • Valet Service: available - enhanced safety measures & protocols in place for parking cars.
  • Bell Service: available - however bellman will deliver luggage to guest room door instead of entering room.
  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required, physical distancing/capacity limitations in place.
  • Mini Bars: Mini Bars are available in guest rooms & have been cleaned to meet cleanliness standards.
  • Club Lounge: Services temporarily suspended.
  • Concierge: Services temporarily suspended. Guest Services Team Members can assist at the front desk.
  • Room Service: Knock & Drop Room service available.
  • Urban Farmer Restaurant: Open for pick up breakfast service 6:30am - 9:30am.
  • Lobby Living Room: Open with a select menu Thursday through Saturday, 4:00pm - 8:30pm.
  • Departure Restaurant; Rooftop Restaurant open every day 4:00pm - 9:00pm. Decks open weather permitting. Reservations recommended. Face masks required for entry. Tables up to 10.
