Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
There is signage throughout The Ritz-Carlton, Perth to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurant, lounge and bar in compliance with state mandates.

Mobile check-in and mobile key are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth has taken preventative measures in line with Marriott International's Global Commitment to Clean protocols which include increasing cleaning frequencies of kitchen and guest public areas, implementing strict food handling processes and tableware disinfection, and providing extra hand sanitisers for both guests and our staff.

 

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ladies and Gentlemen are required to wear relevant PPE based on the activities they are performing.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms and elevators, and provided more hand sanitising stations.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room and suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We continue to provide daily housekeeping services while you are away from your room. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces, reinforcing social distancing and enhanced public space cleaning.

Our facilities are available:

 

  • Pool: Open daily 8am to 6pm
  • Fitness Centre: Open daily 7am to 10pm
  • The Ritz-Carlton Spa: Sauna and vitality pool open 10am to 5pm daily, treatments available Thursday to Sunday 10am to 5pm with reservation
Social Distancing: We are seating a maximum of 1 person per 2 square metres in our restaurant and bar.

Hearth Restaurant:
  • Breakfast: Daily 7am - 10.30am
  • Lunch: Friday 12pm to 2.30pm
  • Afternoon Tea: Saturday and Sunday 12pm and 3pm
  • Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday 6pm to 10.30pm

Hearth Lounge:
  • Monday to Thursday 5pm to 10.30pm, Friday to Sunday 12pm to 10.30pm

Songbird Bar:
  • Thursday to Saturday 4pm until late
