Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
We've re-imagined the arrival experience to ensure you can come and go with peace of mind. From the moment you check in at HOTEL, you'll find a fun and relaxing atmosphere that takes cleanliness into account without compromising on experience.

Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to wear required face coverings, maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobby and game room as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the property.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear face coverings at all times and will wear additional PPE (e.g., face shields, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public spaces.

 

Daily in-room housekeeping services have been reinstated, unless otherwise requested by you. We do ask that your vacate the room during your housekeeping service. Touch-less delivery of towels, fresh linens and toiletries are available upon request through the Front Desk as needed.

 

Decluttering of most high touch items from guest rooms including, pen and pad, menus and magazines. Disposable items are available at the Front Desk upon request.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day, unless otherwise directed by you. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local, state and brand regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

Personal face coverings and social distancing are strictly enforced in all areas of the Resort. Increased cleaning of high traffic and high touch area is in effect property wide.

We continue to offer a variety of dining options while complying with local capacity regulations. Personal face coverings are required by employees and guests while not actively eating a meal. Indoor and outdoor seating available in most venues and all seating is set to social distancing requirements.

In addition to the required personal face coverings and social distancing policies in place property wide, enhanced cleaning practices and safe guards have been initiated at Serenity Spa, including:

 

  • Limited appointment scheduling to allow for increased cleaning schedule
  • Temperature checks of all employees prior to shift
  • Sanitation of all high touch surfaces in lounge facility after each guest
  • Thorough deep cleaning of each treatment room between each guest
  • Additional face shields for all skin care treatments
  • Gloves required for all treatments
  • Yoga Classes moved to outside facility
With 60,000 sq. ft of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space, our events team will collaborate with planners to re-imagine their events with new meeting set ups, multiple outdoor venues, new food service protocols, PPE sourcing for attendees and other meeting specific options.

On-site technology services from PSAV also ensure safe virtual options and enhancements for any meeting or event.
