Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
The Client has the option to choose the frequency of room cleaning and linen change. We use an upgraded room cleaning and sanitation procedure. The cleaning service takes place only when guests are not in the room. Removal from rooms of all the linen whose strict hygiene cannot be ensured, e.g. beddings should be either removed, or changed upon each arrival/departure.

Additional linen equipment, such as additional pillows or blankets, should be either safely packaged with a special tape after sterilisation or transported to a storage area and supplied if requested. We removed the printed materials and provide single use. We also provide single-use cups and glasses.

Moreover, we collect beddings and clothing in plastic bags, then washed with detergent and water at 60-90 °C and completely dried.

Associates entering rooms, should wear single-use face masks and gloves and apply hands hygiene after disposing of them.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time. 

Fitness Center: The Gym is fully operational with social distancing guidelines in place, plus sanitizers and PPE available. The practice of regular cleaning of facilities using anti- bacterial cleaning equipment has been implemented.

Sauna: Open. 1 person at a time. Between spa therapies and treatments there is 30-minute gap to disinfect room and equipment. Use of spa and gym services only by appointment.

Spa: Open daily (every Tuesday is closed), reservation required.

Beach: Open and operational with social distancing guidelines in place.

Kids Club / Playground: The Kids Club is operational with social distancing guidelines in place and sanitizer and PPE available. The practice of regular cleaning of facilities using anti-bacterial cleaning equipment has been implemented.

Lounges: Face masks required only by the staff.

Restaurant and Bar Facilities

Limited operation of food and beverage facilities as below:

 

  • Dafne Restaurant - Operating outdoors daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • The Grill - Operating outdoors for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
  • The Gallery Lounge & Terrace - Operating daily for drinks, snacks, and shisha.
  • Vithos Beach Bar - Operating daily for drinks.


We maintain a maximum number of people in open and indoor areas. We also set a minimum of 2m distance between tables. For families, this distance is not necessary. Our guests use the electronic payments whenever possible and avoid cash payments. Sanitize hands on entry and exit to every restaurant or bar. We use online menus and single-use printed menus. Disinfection of table, chairs and utensils after each client leaves a table.

 

  • Handling and placing of crockery, cutlery and glasses so as only the client using them will come in contact.
  • A la Carte or Buffet serving are operated with social distancing guidelines, sanitizer and PPE available. The practice of regular cleaning and disinfection of facilities and equipment has been implemented.
  • Placed signs on the floor to ensure the distance of 2 meters.
  • Adheres to strict physical distancing measures.
  • Only some swimming pool facilities are operational with social distancing in place.
  • Following all necessary hygiene rules.
  • All Associates during serving guests are wearing a face-covering mask.

  • Placed next to the elevator door, a sign reporting the maximum number of people allowed to enter the elevator and recommending the use of face masks.
