The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy, and seating capacities in our public spaces in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in & Mobile key, and service requests, with items delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Additional training and measures for the valet team with the TownePark Safe360 Guest Assured training program.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in the public spaces.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Disinfectant Wipes: available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces, elevators, and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24/7, face masks required at all times.
  • The Exchange (Grab & Go Market): Open 24/7, with sandwiches, artisanal cheese plates, assorted gourmet snacks and beverages, available for purchase at the front desk.
  • Sabroso + Sobro (Restaurant):
    • Starting 3/26/21 - Breakfast available from 6:30AM to 11:30AM. Pick up only.
    • Starting 4/1/2021- Dinner available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30PM to 9:00 PM. Pick up only.
  • Pressed Coffee Bar: Open 6:30AM - 11:30AM starting 3/26/2021
  • Room Service: Temporarily closed

This program is based on recommendations from leading health experts and combines proven practices developed in the healthcare environment with dedicated training and innovative technologies to ensure healthy and safe hotel experiences. Operating practices include safe, sanitized handling of every guest vehicle including wipe downs of high touch areas with disinfectant, sterilization of all vehicle keys, and team members equipped with appropriate PPE, including face masks and glove replacement after every guest interaction.
