We have also made a few adjustments to the services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • All employees have been thoroughly trained on hotel SOP's pertaining to COVID 19.
  • Signage is strategically placed throughout hotel public spaces to communicate social distancing and mask wearing requirements. These signs include social distancing, mask, handwashing, proper sneezing/coughing and various other COVID related precautions. Corporate meetings have visible signage discouraging hand shakes, fist bumps etc…
  • All hotel digital reader boards at each meeting room entrance and main elevator landings are dedicated to COVID-19 mitigation efforts.
  • All guests must wear face masks that cover the nose and mouth. We have clear signage throughout the property notifying guests of this policy and there is also audio messaging played through the property wide public space music system.
  • Face masks are available free of charge for guests who might not have one.
  • All staff has been trained on section 3 of the Universal Face Covering Order.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • Mobile check-in, key, and service requests, are contactless via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • All meeting and event types have very specific protocols in place to minimize guest and associate contact, and to maintain appropriate social distancing.
  • Specific meeting/ballroom room doors are designated for entrance vs departure.
  • As associates arrive for shifts, temperatures are checked and social distancing is in place while in que.
  • Staff arrival times are staggered when necessary based on the size of event/number of staff required.
  • Upon arrival to meetings/events, social distancing floor stickers are used to note 6 feet of distance at queuing areas.
  • All meeting/event spaces have been reimagined and new digital floor plans developed utilizing social distancing guidelines to ensure appropriate spacing between attendees.
  • All room sets take social distancing into account, whether classroom, theatre style, or round tables, guidelines are followed.
  • All food and drink service is provided from behind plexiglass shields, delivered by staff wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Social distancing floor stickers are used to signal 6 ft social distancing between attendees while queuing.
  • All self-serve buffets have been eliminated.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities.

In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Restaurant & Lounge: Closed until further notice
  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice
  • Indoor Pool: Closed until further notice
  • Shuttle: Suspended until further notice
  • Room Service: Suspended until further notice
All outlets are currently closed until further notice.
