Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Mandatory Mask Usage in Public Spaces
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing
  • Occupancy limits for all guests elevators and seating reductions in our public space and in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates
  • Partitions installed at front desks, concierge desk and food and beverage service lines.
  • Hand Sanitizing stations, sanitizing wipes located in public areas of the hotel to include the front desk area, elevator landings and all entrance and exit doors.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Hotel provides only valet parking services at this time.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear masks in all public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 7 days a week 6:00AM - 11:00AM and 4:00PM-9:00PM. Closed from 11:00AM - 4:00PM for deep cleaning and electrostatic spraying.
  • In Room Dining: Breakfast Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 11:00AM; Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM to 12PM. Dinner Daily 4:00PM to 10:00PM
  • Spa: Open with Daily Operations 10:00AM - 5:00PM and by appointment
  • Club:

All Food and Beverage is being offered by Aqimero, our Restaurant and Lounge. Services are offered through a modified menu and modified hours of operation:

In-Room Dining (served in contactless fashion) We have moved to China/Glass/Silver and more traditional service process.

  • Breakfast: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 11:00am. Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Lunch: Currently not offered. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Dinner: Monday - Sunday 4:00pm - 10:00pm


Aqimero Restaurant

  • Breakfast Café Service*: Tuesday - Friday 7:00am to 11:00am.
  • Breakfast Table Service: Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 12:00pm( Last reservation at 11:15am)
  • Lunch: Tuesday through Friday 11:30am to 2:30pm
  • Brunch Table Service**: Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm to 3:00pm (last reservation at 2:45pm)
  • Dinner Table Service**: Tuesday - Saturday 4:00pm to 10:00pm

 

*Guests will be able to order and enjoy at the tables in the lobby that will be maintained for cleanliness by the Aqimero Market and Café attendant.

**As per local regulations, Aqimero will operate the lounge area at 25% occupancy. Kindly note that in accordance with Philadelphia COVID-19 guidelines the bar will not offer bar seating, however Aqimero will continue to offer beverage service at all available tables. In an effort to continually protect the safety of our guests it is suggested to make a reservation, and will be required to provide guest's name and contact information when seated. The restaurant will continue to instill the same safety, security and cleanliness measures per local and CDC guidelines.
