Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing
  • Occupancy limits for all guests elevators and seating reductions in our public space and in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates
  • Partitions installed at front desks, concierge desk and food and beverage service lines.
  • Hand Sanitizing stations, sanitizing wipes located in public areas of the hotel to include the front desk area, elevator landings and all entrance and exit doors.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Hotel provides only valet parking services at this time.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time. Evening Turndown service is being offered to our guests.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open with Daily operation 6:00AM - 11:00AM re-opens 4:00PM to 9:00PM
  • In Room Dining: Currently closed, see Aqimero Service Offerings
  • Spa: Open with Daily Operations 10:00AM - 5:00PM and by appointment
All Food and Beverage is being offered by Aqimero our Restaurant and Lounge. Service offered through a modified menu and modified hours of operation:

Breakfast Service Closed on Monday, Tuesday through Friday 7:00AM - 11:00AM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM - 12:00PM.
Afternoon and Evening Service Closed on Sunday and Monday, Service Tuesday - Saturday 12:00PM - 10:00PM.

Food and Beverage is offered by Pick Up in Aqimero or we offer Contactless Delivery Service.

All in door dining is currently prohibited in the State of Pennsylvania. Speak with property on out door dining options in the city
