The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing
  • Occupancy limits for all guests elevators and seating reductions in our public space and in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates
  • Partitions installed at front desks, concierge desk and food and beverage service lines.
  • Hand Sanitizing stations, sanitizing wipes located in public areas of the hotel to include the front desk area, elevator landings and all entrance and exit doors.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear masks in all public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers are available in all of our guest sleeping rooms
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces, reinforcing social distancing, and vaccination requirements (*please see VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS at the bottom of this section). The modifications we have made include:

Starting January 3, 2022, any establishment in Philadelphia that sells food and/or drink for consumption onsite may admit only those patrons who have completed their vaccine series against COVID-19. Therefore, in accordance with city regulations, The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia will require proof of vaccination with a government issued ID in order to be admitted to its public dining establishments (Aqimero Restaurant and Aqimero Lounge), its fitness center, The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, and banquet events. Staff and children aged five years and three months through 11 will be required to have had one dose of COVID-19 vaccine by January 3 and to complete their vaccine series by February 3.

 

Philadelphia, like the rest of the region, state, and country, is seeing a sharp rise in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations as colder weather begins and holiday gatherings are held. The Health Department tracks these rising cases and hospitalizations on the City's COVID-19 website. The Health Department has published a blog post on the food establishment vaccine mandate here.

All Food and Beverage is being offered by Aqimero, our Restaurant and Lounge. Services are offered through a modified menu and modified hours of operation:

In-Room Dining: We serve In-Room Dining orders with China/Glass/Silver and more traditional service process.

  • Breakfast: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 11:00am. Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 12:00pm
  • Lunch: Currently not offered. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Dinner: Monday - Sunday 4:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Late night: Monday - Sunday 10:00pm -  Midnight
