The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

• Hand Sanitizing stations, sanitizing wipes located in public areas of the hotel to include the front desk area, elevator landings and all entrance and exit doors.

• Mobile check-in and key, service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

• Hotel provides only valet parking services at this time.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear masks in all public spaces.


Room Amenities:

  • In-room coffee makers are available in all of our guest sleeping rooms
  • Disinfectant wipes are available upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

The Philadelphia Department of Public Health has announced a COVID Response Levels protocol which tie the City's public COVID mandates to specific pandemic metrics that are to be adhered to by all citizens. The Health Department is using the following metrics to identify which Response Level Philadelphia is currently at: average new cases per day, number of hospitalizations, percent of tests reported as positive, and the rate of change of new cases.

 

Current:  Mask Precautions: No vaccine requirement for places that serve food or drink; masks strongly suggested in indoor public places,  

 

We remain committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces, reinforcing social distancing, and vaccination requirements. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 7 days a week 6:00 am - 11:00 am and 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Closed from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm for deep cleaning and electrostatic spraying.

In-Room Dining: We serve In-Room Dining orders with China/Glass/Silver and more traditional service process.

· Breakfast: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 11:00am. Saturday & Sunday 6:30am - 12:00pm

· Lunch: Currently not offered. We apologize for the inconvenience.

· Dinner: Monday - Sunday 4:00pm - 10:00pm

· Late night: Daily 10:00pm - 6:00am
