Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.  We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Face masks must be worn by all employees and guests who enter the building or are present in public spaces.
  • 6ft guidelines enforced by associates and guests.
  • High touchpoint areas are sanitized hourly including the lobby, elevators and vending machines.
  • Acrylic safety shields have been put in place at the front desk.
  • Ecolab Foam Hand sanitizer dispensers strategically placed in high-traffic areas.
  • Remote control sleeves made from recyclable material are utilized in each guest room. These will be changed after every guest departure.
  • CDC approved cleansers are being utilized on all surfaces throughout hotel, including guestrooms.
  • All state and local guidance for travelers communicated through signage.
  • Additional staff training on all enhanced procedures per CDC guidelines regularly conducted.
  • Fitness Center has been closed indefinitely following state and local guidelines.
  • Pool will remain closed until 2021.
  • Restaurant open for take-out only.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. Face coverings are required in all indoor public areas. You'll also notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. All Guests and Associates are required to wear face coverings while in the Lobby, elevator, and all shared spaces.
  • Guest Room: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room. Remote control sleeves made from recyclable material are utilized in each guest room. These will be changed after every guest departure. CDC approved cleansers are being utilized on all surfaces throughout hotel including guestrooms


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Restaurant: Currently open for takeout only following state and local guidelines.
  • Fitness Center: Has been closed indefinitely following state and local guidelines.
  • Pool: Will remain closed until 2021.
