The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like the restrooms, our lobby, guest computers, and the Front Desk as well as provided additional hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart as well as that face coverings are required as a Maricopa County Regulation.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. At check in, please provide us your preferred time for Housekeeping to clean your room. If you do not have a preferred time, contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or dial 0 from the room. All Housekeeping services will be conducted while you are away from the room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Resort Fitness Center: The Resort Fitness Center is available daily from 5am - 10pm for guests 16 and older. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Spa Fitness Center: The Spa Fitness Center is available daily from 9am - 6pm for guests 18 and older. 
  • Spa, Spa Boutique, and Skin Shop: The Spa at Camelback Inn, Spa Boutique and Skin Shop look forward to welcoming all guests 18 years and older daily from 9am - 6pm and Sprouts Café, located at the Spa, is available from 10am - 4pm.  Spa reservations can be booked at JW Marriott | Spa
  • Golf: Open 7 days a week and tee times can be booked at www.camelbackgolf.com.
  • Laundry: While our dry-cleaning service has been suspended, complimentary guest laundry facilities are available on property.
  • Jackrabbit Pool: Open 7 days a week from 5am - 10pm. Reserve a cabana at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa (ipoolside.com)
  • Hoppin Jacks at Jackrabbit Pool: Food and beverage available daily from 11am-4pm, with beverages until 5pm. 
  • Resort Shop: Located in the main lodge, open daily10am-6pm.

  • Breakfast 6:30am - 11am daily.  A la carte + buffet available.
  • Lunch 11:30am - 2pm - Monday - Saturday

  • Sips & Snacks 7am - 10:30pm daily
  • Happy Hour 2pm - 5 pm daily
  • Dinner 5pm - 9pm daily

Hopping Jacks at Jackrabbit Pool

  • The pool is open 7 days a week. Food and beverage will be available at the pool daily from from 11am-4pm with beverages until 5pm.


Acacia (at the Golf Club)

Lincoln Steakhouse 

  • Thursday - Sunday 5pm - 9pm

In-Room Dining - Currently closed.

For all Food and Beverage offerings, we invite you to enjoy the existing physically distanced seating and respectfully ask that the tables and chairs remain in place as set. As seating is limited, reservations are recommended for Rita's Cantina through OpenTable. In addition, Rita's Bar and Rita's Patio are available for seated enjoyment only. Please refrain from standing or congregating.
