Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like the restrooms, our lobby, guest computers, and the Front Desk as well as provided additional hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart as well as that face coverings are required as a Maricopa County Regulation.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. At check in, please provide us your preferred time for Housekeeping to clean your room. If you do not have a preferred time, contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or dial 0 from the room. All Housekeeping services will be conducted while you are away from the room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:



  • 24 Hour Fitness Center/Spa Fitness Center: Open from 6am-10pm for guests by appointment only.
  • Spa, Spa Boutique, and Skin Shop: Open Thursday - Sunday from 9am- 6pm. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 480-596-7040 or booking online at www.camelbackspa.com. Please note, to ensure the health of our staff and guests, all Spa guests receiving a service will have their temperature taken and will be asked to wear a mask during the service.
  • Golf: Open 7 days a week and tee times can booked at www.camelbackgolf.com.
  • Hertz: For any Hertz reservation, please call (480) 949.2420 or (480) 688.9033.
  • UPS Store: Open Monday-Friday from 8am - 1pm and on Saturday from 9am-1pm.
  • Laundry: While our dry-cleaning service has been suspended, complimentary guest laundry facilities are available on property.
  • Jackrabbit Pool: Open 7 days a week. Food and beverage available Sunday-Thursday from 11am-3pm, Friday- Saturday from 11am-4pm. Per the Arizona Governor's executive order, gatherings at the pool cannot exceed 10 people and all groups must be 6 feet from one another. Thank you for exercising physical distancing on the pool deck and in the water.
  • Resort Shop: currently closed.

Rita's Cantina and Patio

  • Breakfast and Lunch daily from 7am- 12pm
  • Dinner daily from 4- 8pm
  • Happy Hour daily from 4- 5pm


Rita's Bar

  • Cocktails daily from 4- 8pm
  • Note that while the current executive order calls for the closure of establishments with a series 6 or 7 license, Rita's Bar operates under a hotel series 11 license and is permitted to remain open.


Rita's Cantina Take Out

  • Available daily from 7am- 12pm and 4- 8pm. Please dial 0 or visit the front desk to order.


  • Open daily 6am- 12pm

Lincoln Steakhouse - Currently closed.
Acacia (at the Golf Club) - Currently closed.
In-Room Dining - Currently closed.

For all Food and Beverage offerings, we invite you to enjoy the existing physically distanced seating and respectfully ask that the tables and chairs remain in place as set. As seating is limited, reservations are recommended for Rita's Cantina through OpenTable. In addition, Rita's Bar and Rita's Patio are available for seated enjoyment only. Please refrain from standing or congregating.
