Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
There is signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandate. In addition, we have partitions installed at the front desk and food and beverage service pickup area. In the restaurant, menus are touchless and can be viewed utilizing a QR code.

Mobile check-in, mobile key, and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings also.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers are available upon request, to ensure rigorous cleaning between uses.
  • All shared use items in guest rooms have been removed, though items such as pens and paper are still available upon request.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest with additional available upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness Center: Closed, when we are able to reopen, face masks required at all times.
Pool: Open, face masks are required when not seated
Shuttle: Not available on demand.
Restaurant/Lounge: Open, face masks required for entry and during ordering/when associates are present at the table.
AGAVE:
  • Open for coffee/breakfast and dinner/drinks, 5:30 am until 10:30 am and 5 pm until 9 pm daily
  • Food items are available for take out or dine in, order at counter
  • Associates serving food and drinks will be wearing masks and gloves
  • Menus are touchless and can be viewed utilizing a QR code noted on each table
  • A clean/dirty system is in place so that it is evident which tables have been sanitized and are ready for new guests
  • Mobile dining is available for takeaway
  • Tables and seating areas have been placed to ensure physical distancing practices, both outdoor and indoor dining is available

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
