Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout the Renaissance Pittsburgh hotel remind guests to maintain social distancing, traffic patterns to follow in high traffic areas, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk and Braddock's Street Side bar.
  • Mobile check-in and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking and low contact guest room cleaning is provided by request only. These actions were taken to limit contact during your stay to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings by county & state regulations.

Sanitizing Product: We are utilizing enhanced, hospital-grade sanitizing products throughout the hotel which are approved by the CDC and EPA to quickly disinfect surfaces.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers and ice buckets are not currently available, but guests can request contactless delivery of these amenities through the front desk. Disinfectant wipes are also available upon request for every arriving guest.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 24 hours, face masks required at all times.
Guest Self Parking: Self Parking is available directly across from the hotel entry for $13 / day midweek and $8 / day weekends.

Services not currently available due to efforts to limit contact include: Valet Parking
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Braddock's Street Side Lounge: Open 4pm - 11pm nightly with limited menu for Dine In & Take Out, face masks required for entry.
Coffee Service: Coffee is available at the front desk 24 hours, face masks required at all times.

Services not currently available due to efforts to limit contact or in compliance with county and state regulations include: Concierge Lounge, Room Service, Braddock's Restaurant and Starbuck's coffee.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
