Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Due to the ongoing global crisis around COVID-19, we have taken some precautionary measures. All guests need to carry a double dose of vaccination certificate or a negative RTPCR report at the time of check-in. At the entrance, we would check the temperature and Aarogya Setu App. Signages are placed throughout the resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing. 

For a contactless service, all our menus, in-room collateral are digitized and signages with QR Codes are placed at all public areas and in guest rooms for your convenience. 

Mobile check-in facility is available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet service is available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's #CommitmentToClean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, buggys and elevators as well as provided more sanitization kits across the property.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings and hand gloves. We'll provide complimentary face masks and hand gloves for all our guests.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with disinfectants prescribed by our Hygiene Partners, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
 

Lounge/Bar: Operational as per government guidelines with safe distancing measures in place.
Fitness Center: Operational as per current government guidelines.
Spa: Not operational as per current government guidelines.
Kids Club / Playground: Operational as per current government guidelines.
Swimming Pool: Not operational as per current government guidelines.

  • The All Day Dining outlet, Latest Recipe, will be operational for breakfast from: 07:00am to 11:00am, for lunch from: 12:30pm to 03:30pm and dinner from: 07:00pm to 10:00pm.
  • Our specialty restaurants, Chingari and Woods will be operational from: 07:30pm to 10:00pm everyday.
  • To enjoy contact-less service, digital menus and online payment options are introduced.
  • While entering the dining area, guests will be screened for body temperature and must sanitize their hands.
  • After every usage of table, entire table will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.
  • All beverage cans will be wiped with sanitizer wipes before serving to the guests.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
