Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
JW Marriott Pune has re-engineered the hygiene protocol with enhanced sanitization practices across the hotel for the safety and well-being of the guests, using medical approved cleaning products to dust the fixtures, furnishings and all other touch-points, nourishing the ‘new normal' with the help of the Cleanliness Champion. Transparent partitions have been installed at the front desks and restaurants.

Seamless mobile check-in available, in-room dining offered to guests through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning and Social Distancing: All public areas are being cleaned and disinfected frequently to maintain and hygiene, especially in restrooms, elevators and other areas. Social distancing stickers have been placed in all public areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hotel associates wear PPE (e.g., face masks, gloves etc) based on the activities they are performing. PPE has also been placed in guest rooms for the usage of guests.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: All guest rooms and public areas are being cleaned with medical grade approved cleaning products.
  • Room Amenities: In-room tea and coffee available. Mini bar available.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
