Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and spa areas.
  • Sneeze guards at our front desk are available to observe safe distance during the check in /check out process.
  • Preventive measures have also been taken at main porch like - temperature screening, check of arogya setu app, hand sanitizer etc.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • Valet service not available currently.
  • Face coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas.

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Guest Rooms: All rooms are cleaned with high effective sanitizing and cleaning products. All high touch points in the room are being cleaned under prescribed health and safety protocol.
  • Public Area: Periodic cleaning of all HTPs areas like front desk, guest elevators, public area wash rooms, furniture and fixtures. All cleaning equipment's as per sanitized as per mandatory protocols.
  • Guest Transportation: All cars will be sanitized before and after picking up every guests. All chauffeurs will wear Personal Protection Kit throughout their shifts. Guests to be seated at the rear seat with clear partition between the chauffer and the guest.
  • Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Minibars - Sanitized and sealed and will be available only upon request.
  • Literature including Magazines, Books has been removed from rooms.
  • Coffee machines & Kettles - Sanitized for your safety. Contact less coffee delivery available upon request.
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms, face masks available on request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Currently not operational.
  • Spa: Currently not operational.
  • Swimming Pool : Currently not operational.
  • Shuttle: Operating as per guest transport guidelines.
  • Lounges: Currently not operational.
We have amended our offerings at our restaurants and bars as per approved guidelines. Our menus are now digitally available across all areas like rooms, front desk and hostess desk. We also have take away option available which is completely managed by the hotel team, we also strongly recommend the use of digital payments or credit / debit card payments.

Food delivery will be available to our guest rooms through our In Room Dining services. The menus can be checked through the QR code placed in the room.
