Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks for the safety of our guests and associates.

Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

We encourage self parking as part of our endeavor to provide contactless experience.

Our swimming pool, steam, squash courts and WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio facilities are currently not operational as per government directive.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Temperature checks for associates are conducted before entering the workspace.
  • Practices like medical checkups for all team members, thermal checkups of anyone entering the premises of the hotel, usage of sanitizers at all levels, usage of PPE are compulsory for the hotel staff, along with practicing social distancing is now an integral part of the day to day operations.
  • Hygiene managers are allocated to ensure the frequency of sanitization of high touch and sensitive areas in guest rooms. Enhanced technology has been initiated to Counter virus spread, like the use of electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants to sanitize the surfaces throughout the hotel.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • Each ‘Westin heavenly bed' is sanitized with electrostatic sprayers in order to ensure that your stay is the safest, In-room dining is using digital menus with UPI/ Online payment provisions.
  • Furthermore, the guest rooms are held for 48 hours for complete sanitization post-check-out before releasing it to another guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
