Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Guest-Facing Signage in bell desk indicating "We thank you for staying 6 feet (2 meters) apart."
  • Parking: no valet parking available, guest will be guided to the parking area only.
  • Arrival: check-in procedures will be conducted at the individual tables which are spaced out within the lobby, 1 associate will approach the guest to assist.
  • Departure: check out procedures conducted at the counter or at the individual table depending on guest preference.
  • Contactless experience: all guests are encouraged to enroll as Marriott Bonvoy Members to utilize our mobile app, information about a chat function, mobile request function, etc. is being communicated to the guest starting from pre-arrival.
  • All associates wearing face coverings (face masks).
  • Suggest Room charge instead of a credit card or cash.
  • Spa Magazine and paper materials should be removed.
  • Spa menu and promotion should be digital or laminated.
  • Measure the humidity of living rooms and areas.
  • Clean up the air-condition and clean the air vents.
  • Roster Cleaning Lobby and bell desk every hour.
  • The key card/POS machine will be cleaned after guest using/ each guest interaction.
  • Open all the doors before cleaning.
  • After finished clean, we using disinfection chemical spray 1 round again and set up Hand sanitizer, Wet face tower, Face mask in all arrival room.
  • Using disinfection chemical spray and clean surface special high touch area.
  • Keep 2M with another guest, space between tables so far.
  • Public Area Associate using disinfection chemical spray and clean all Lobby surface special high touch area every hour or after guest using. In the restroom, we set up hand soap and hand sanitize also.
  • After completion of the steam/sauna service, the housekeeper will deep clean up.
  • Towels and robes must not be displayed in public.
  • Towels and robes should be given to the guest on arrival at the Reception or placed in pre-assigned lockers ready for the guest.
  • Hand sanitizer wipes must always be available for guest to wipe any equipment before/after use.
  • Hand sanitizer sprays, hand wipes, or gel, must always be available in the changing room.
  • Ongoing disinfection of areas and equipment at least every 2 hours using Marriott-approved chemicals.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Pool: Open.
  • Fitness, Game room: Open => Turn off AV, open all door, set up Hand sanitize and comply with local regulation, Public Area clean and sanitize every day.
  • Spa, Kid club: => Turn off AV, open all door, set up Hand sanitize and comply with local regulation, PA clean and sanitize every day.
  • A minimum of 30 minutes must always be kept between appointments to allow for deep cleaning of the treatment room and associate areas.
  • Every sauna or steam bathroom allows a maximum of 2 guests/time.
  • All lockers should be closed and remove all keys to maintaining social distancing guideline.
  • Beverage and food items to be pre-packed in single portions.

Multicultural culinary arts, combining the souls of Eastern and Western dishes with local flavors prepared by world-renowned chefs will bring you an unforgettable culinary experience in Phu Quoc with 4 restaurants: Tempus Fugit, Pink Pearl, French & Co and the Department of Chemistry bar.


  • Sanitizers in guest-facing locations & kitchens.
  • Do not offer non-compliant single-serve F&B in non-F&B areas such as fruit with edible peels).
  • Action / Service Stations: Contact and Sanitization: Do not have barehand contact with ready to eat food for all food & beverage action stations. Sanitizing food contact stations based on the volume of use.
  • Bars: Do not have barehand contact with garnishes, ice, and ready to eat food for bartenders. Sanitizing food contact surfaces based on the volume of use.
  • Buffets: Disinfection and Operating Standards: Disinfecting and rinsing all buffet line areas between meal periods and following Buffet Operating procedures.
  • Food Preparation Tables: Disinfecting food preparation tables every 2 hours, disinfecting nightly, and rinsing in the morning.
  • Implementing handwashing following 20/20 rules.
