Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage placed in public spaces to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant, bar and café. Partitions installed at front desks, credit card and passport terminals relocated to the guest’s side of the front desk, separated trays for sanitized and used pens, welcome letter, room service menu and minibar menu available through scanning a QR code. Mobile check-in and key and service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
Thorough and frequent disinfection of high touch areas in all public spaces every two hours. Thorough disinfection of guest rooms with special attention to high touch areas and items, guest rooms kept vacant for 24 hours after departure of guest. Disinfectant wipes available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. All associates wearing face masks and gloves, hand sanitizing stations in all public spaces, public restrooms cleaned and disinfected every hour. Limited number of items in minibar, all items sanitized. "Sanitized" seal put on TV remote control, minibar and guest room door.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Fitness Center: Limited hours of operation (6.30am - 10pm), limited occupancy to 4 guests, guests asked to register for specific hours at the front desk. Signage to maintain social distancing.
The Artisan restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, The Artisan Corner café open daily from 7am to 11pm. Breakfast served with a combination of a la carte and contactless food stations. Maintaining social distancing, reduced number of tables. Breakfast and lunch menu available through scanning a QR code. Room service delivered to door, contactless delivery, eco-friendly individual packaging of items.
