Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
There is signage throughout our hotel to remind guests on the need to maintain social distancing. We have implemented occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurant in compliance with government mandates. Partitions have been installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made some enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. The hotel has put in place hand sanitizing stations with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face masks and gloves,) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear face masks in public areas.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Meeting Venues : Open with capacity restrictions and social distancing seating arrangements.
Fitness Centre: Open, masks required at all times.
Spa: Open, reservation required.
Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule.
Lounges: Face mask required for entry.
Pool Area: Open with capacity restrictions.

  • Main restaurant, Magnolia, is open for reduced seating capacities for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Contactless in-room food deliveries available.
  • Hand sanitising stations available in both kitchen and restaurants. Staff members exercising social distancing and wearing face masks at all times while in the restaurant and kitchen. Have increased cleaning frequency of kitchen.
