Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room using Mobile Key.
Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

General Operations: Throughout the resort, hand sanitizing stations and plexi-glass barriers have been added. Our Food & Beverage outlets, bars, and gift shop will only accept Credit Cards or Room Charges, but an ATM and cash transactions are available at the Front Desk.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • Lobby, Pool and The Place furniture has been reconfigured to encourage our social distancing requirements.
  • Areas that often have a line will be marked with floor stickers to denote safe waiting distances
  • Where maintaining 6 feet is not possible, transparent barriers will be installed (examples include the Front Desk, Café Biscotti, the kitchen line).
  • Elevators will be limited to 2 guests or 1 family
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates and Guests will be required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings based upon guidelines and requirements from state and local health authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities
  • In-room coffee makers, irons & ironing boards and blow-dryers were removed from guestroom, but are available upon request.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Guest Room Entry
  • Housekeeping: Will only access a guest room for service after the fourth night
  • Engineering: Will access room for urgent or emergency needs. Non-urgent requests will be coordinated when guests are outside of rooms or the room is vacant.
  • Guest Deliveries will be left outside the guest room, to prevent any guest contact
  • Once a room checks out, it will be blocked out by the Front Office team to ensure rooms are not occupied by a different guest in the same day.


Scheduled Housekeeping 

In stay housekeeping services have been limited and is available on an opt-in basis. For longer stays, you will receive full housekeeping service once a week. To ensure social distancing, we will not enter an occupied room and will place all requested items outside your door.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
  • Fitness Center: Currently closed due to state ordinance
  • Spa: Currently closed due to state ordinance
  • Golf: Enjoy 36 holes of world-class golf on the Resort Campus; Indian Wells Golf Resort is currently open and is taking reservations online.
Café Biscotti: Greet the day at our café, offering Grab and Go breakfast and lunch to help energize your day. (Room Charge or Credit Card)
Pool Bar: Satisfy all your cravings without leaving the pool; offering Grab and Go items and full bar service. (Room Charge or Credit Card)
The Place: Our Lobby Bar offers patio dining or take out orders
  • QR code signs have been created to allow guests to access menus digitally for all outlets
  • Signage for each outlet explaining what precautions we are taking so the guest can enjoy themselves

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

Some specific measures include:


  • Contactless tee time booking and payment on line, no walk up play is allowed.
  • Facemask are required to enter the Golf Resort, Vue restaurant and are optional on the golf course
  • Avoid sharing equipment
  • Do not touch a ball other than yours
  • A Flagstick will be always placed in the hole
  • Buggies and any other artificial objects are sanitized regularly
