The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room using Mobile Key.
Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

General Operations: Throughout the resort, hand sanitizing stations and plexi-glass barriers have been added. 

No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • Lobby, Pool and The Place furniture has been reconfigured to encourage our social distancing requirements.
  • Areas that often have a line will be marked with floor stickers to denote safe waiting distances
  • Where maintaining 6 feet is not possible, transparent barriers will be installed (examples include the Front Desk, Café Biscotti, the kitchen line).
  • Elevators will be limited to 2 guests or 1 family


In response to current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the State of California has enacted a new travel advisory. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates and Guests will be required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings based upon guidelines and requirements from state and local health authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Guest Room Entry
  • Housekeeping: Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us. To minimize contact, housekeeping services will only be provided upon your request. If you would like to request housekeeping schedule, please let us know during your stay.
  • Engineering: Will access room for urgent or emergency needs. Non-urgent requests will be coordinated when guests are outside of rooms or the room is vacant.
  • Guest Deliveries will be left outside the guest room, to prevent any guest contact.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Pool: Open for lounging and swimming from 8am-8pm. Limited seating to encourage social distancing guidelines.
  • Yoga: Complimentary classes held daily, included in the resort fee.
  • Cabanas: Reserve your own private cabana with seating, towels, water, TVs, and more.
  • Bikes: Available to hotel guests, first come, first serve basis.
  • Family Friendly Activities: From cookie decorating to ceramic painting to bourbon tastings, there is something fun for all ages.
  • Spa: Open Friday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm. Available by reservation only. Refer to Spa section for more information.
  • Golf: Enjoy 36 holes of world-class golf on the Resort Campus; Indian Wells Golf Resort is currently open and is taking reservations online.
  • Fitness Center: Revitalize your routine with stunning views, state-of-the-art equipment, and a thoughtful redesign. Open from 6am to 10pm.
  • Café Biscotti: Offering, grab and go breakfast and lunch items. Hours: Daily, 7am to 1pm
  • The Place: Open for dinner and beer, wine, & cocktails. Hours: Daily, 4pm to 9pm
  • H20 Pool Bar: Serving light bites for lunch & beach drinks by the pool. Hours: Daily, 11am to 4pm
  • CAVA: Enjoy breakfast on the patio with fresh air & a beautiful view. Hours: Daily, 7am to 11am
  • B&F On Demand: Delivering freshly prepared meals to your room, dressed up in creative packaging. Hours: Daily, 7am to 11am and 4pm to 9pm
  • The Market: Grab and Go convenience from the Reception area.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.   • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Contactless tee time booking and payment on line, no walk up play is allowed.
  • Facemask are required to enter the Golf Resort, Vue restaurant and are optional on the golf course

  • Do not touch a ball other than yours
  • A Flagstick will be always placed in the hole
  • Buggies and any other artificial objects are sanitized regularly
