The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Seating capacities are reduced in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Plexi-glass barriers have been installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Social distancing markers are placed in areas where lines might form.

Mobile check-in and mobile chat is available, service express requests will be executed without entering the guestroom

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All staff members will wear face coverings and housekeepers are required to wear gloves before entering the room. Based on activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public areas. Temperature checks will be done for all associates when entering the building.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities:
• Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us longer than 3 nights, we will automatically clean your guest room after the 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Pools: Las Hadas and La Paloma Pool open from 8am-10pm, Las Brisas main pool is currently under renovation
  • Fitness Center: Open and opening as normal, 24/7
  • Spa: Open Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5pm
  • Golf: Open as normal
  • Kids Club / Playground: Not open at this time
  • Shuttle: Currently Available from 8am-9pm
  • Lounges: Pinz and Pints Gameroom open from 8am-10pm and Fireside Lounge open daily at 4pm
  • Welcome Gift: Points or Breakfast for Platinum Elite members and above
  • Pinzimini Restaurant: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7:30am-9:30pm, Happy Hour at 4pm
  • Fireside Lounge: Open daily from 4pm
  • Coffee-ology: Open from 6am-8pm on weekends and 6am-5:30pm on weekdays
  • Pinz and Pints Gameroom: Bar open on weekends from 4pm, Gameroom 8am-10pm
  • Chef's Secret Window/Golf Snack Shop: Open Daily from 8am-4pm, weekends until 9pm
  • Pools: Serving Daily from 11am-5pm
  • In-Room Dining: QR code for food and beverage delivery
