Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, including floor halls, front desk, motor lobby and elevators, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates and partitions installed at front desk and at food and beverage service lines.

Restaurants and bars set up with 6ft of separation to respect appropriate social distancing requirements, wait staff wearing KN-95 category face masks and additional partitions installed throughout the property. Contactless payment, room charges will be required to avoid physical contact. Snacks and appetizers served in sealed bags, water served in sealed bottles, and salt and pepper provided in pre-packaged personal sizes. Buffet service not available, menú items will be served a la carte. Disposable silverware in all restaurants and bars.

All spaces and furniture being cleaned and disinfected after each use, limited capacity enforced in tables and to-go service suggested and available to pick up properly packaged at the front desk, or room service.

Mobile check-in and key, mobile service requests, and Room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear face coverings, including mask, glasses and caps, gloves, robes, etc. based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Public bathrooms and highly transited areas are been cleaned every 30 minutes.
  • Room cleaning service supplies include 5.25% sodium hypochlorite mixed with chlorine and water and 3.50% for surfaces and 95% alcohol grade disinfectant for all electronic equipment in rooms. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) approved supplies are being used.
  • Temperature screening for associates and vendors at entry points. Temperature screening for guests at entry points is available if required.


Room Amenities

 

  • Rooms will be delivered sanitized at check-in, including approved cleanliness protocol for all bedding.
  • Additional bedding delivered in sealed bags.
  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

We are committed to making our restaurants available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

All our Restaurant and bars will be operating normally unless last minute changes in local government regulations enforces a different protocol.
