Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage has been placed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and seating capacities reductions at our restaurants to comply with local mandates. We have installed partitions at our Welcome Desk and various other high-contact locations.

W Panama has implemented a touchless solution and adopted contactless technologies including: Mobile Key, Mobile Dining, Mobile Chat and guest requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ app.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning, disinfection, and placed hand sanitizing stations particularly in high traffic areas including venues, entrances, meeting spaces, restrooms, lifts, etc.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the type of activities they are performing and direction by the local authorities.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Face coverings are required in all areas as per local mandate for all guests, vendors and associates. Coverings should fit comfortably over nose and mouth.

Electrostatic Spraying. We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Housekeeping Patterns. Guestrooms will be cleaned on check-out only or upon your request. We have modified in-room dining and other associate entry into guest rooms.

Room Amenities. In-room coffee makers and our Mix Bar products will be available upon request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. We have implemented deeper cleaning of high-touch items (handles, knobs, pulls, electronic and temperature controls) and reduced non-essential high-touch items (magazine or books, etc.)

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at W Panama available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Face coverings are required at all times.

We have modified floor plans and reduced seating to ensure physical distancing. We sanitize surfaces between every guest use. We have implemented defined occupancy and seating times and require reservations to control flow when busy.

We have applied the appropriate and necessary PPE for food handling and comply with all Marriott International and industry food safety protocols.

Cocktail equipment is sanitized between use and the procedure for garnishes and glassware has been modified.

W Panama has included Mobile Dining as a contactless technology that allows for digital menu viewing, ordering, etc.

We have eliminated all self-service food stations, including buffets and implemented physical barriers at hostess desks, displays, etc.

The hotel also reduced handling of guest personal property and implemented alternate payment options including contactless self-checkout.
